We are nominated early in PGY-2 year and then selected late winter of PGY-2. The best parts of Internal Medicine are the patient advocacy/ownership/relationship-building, the amazing teamwork, the ability to critically think about and solve problems, and the unique mix of breadth and depth of knowledge that it and its subspecialties afford.
